Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud – Ziz Valley – Ifrane – Fes

Start your day early to witness an unforgettable Sahara sunrise, where the dunes light up in shades of gold and amber. After breakfast at the camp, ride your camel back to Merzouga to meet your driver.

Your first stop is Rissani, a historic trading center once known for its bustling caravan routes. Explore its traditional market, rich in local flavors and cultural heritage. Continue to Erfoud, a town celebrated for its unique fossil workshops and stone artisans.

On your return journey to Fes, take in the panoramic views of the Ziz Valley once more, a landscape that changes beautifully with the sunlight. Pass through Ifrane again before arriving back in Fes in the late afternoon, marking the end of your desert adventure.
